Our team can review your current lock setup and recommend the right Tedee solution before you place an order.
To get started, please send us a short video showing:
- The exterior side of the door
- The edge of the door (lock side)
- The interior side of the door
- How the lock operates (turning the key, rotating the thumbturn, lifting the handle, etc.)
- Whether the door opens inward or outward
What happens next?
Once we review your video, we'll quickly determine whether Tedee can be installed on your door.
If your door is compatible, we'll guide you through the next step and recommend the correct Tedee configuration, including any cylinders, adapters, or accessories required for your installation.
